Apex_Sign.jpgApex, North Carolina is a versatile town nestled between Cary & Holly Springs! I say versatile due to the combination of a charming, historic downtown, along with an array of wonderful home choices to live in! Apex, NC is high on the list along with Raleigh & Fuquay Varina for having a vibrant, downtown atmosphere that has received good planning!

Salem Street runs through the historic, downtown district, which is on the National Register of Historic Place and provides specialty shops and great restaurants!

Apex_Chamber.jpgApex, NC was originally given its name for being the highest point on the Chatham railroad in the 1870’s.  The region of Apex where 55 & 64 meet has experienced incredible growth with quality shopping and restaurants, and will eventually meet the new 540 bypass! This is supposed to be completed by 2012, which will make that side of Apex one of the most convenient places in the Triangle!
The town is only 25 minutes from Research Triangle Park, which makes it even more desirable!

apex-downtown.jpgThe town is also located just 20 minutes from Jordan Lake, a beautiful preserve and recreation area for those who are into boating and watersports! There are no homes on the lake, just a clean, serene setting with parks and beaches! The current population of Apex is around 25,000.

Here are the primary reasons people continue to move to Apex, NC
