Carolina Preserve Homes for Sale in Cary NC are within the Triangle’s premier, adult community! Started by Del Webb/Pulte Homes in 2006, Carolina Preserve has maintained a top position as one of the best selling communities in Cary! This is due to providing a variety of modern and comfortable housing options at several price points, accompanied by a first class recreational facility! In addition, the social environment is loaded with non-stop activities and specialized groups that cover just about any interest a resident can think of! And, if there isn’t a group for you, it’s easy to just create one!

There are four levels of home collections at Carolina Preserve, the Emeralds, Dogwoods, Cardinals and the Villa options. The Emeralds are the largest models with homes providing at least three bedrooms and 2500 square foot, and in some cases a basement. This collection caters to the buyer who still needs a larger home and is not quite ready for the complete downsize. Although, the Emerald Collection was less popular than others because most buyers want to downsize in both size and price.

The next collection below the Emerald Collection are the Dogwoods , which have been the most popular models offering 1700-2200 square foot homes with spacious floor plans! The Willow Bend has been one of the top sellers with its large kitchen, and an optional sunroom, screened lanai or loft. The cardinal collection at Carolina Preserve is the smallest single, family model with two bedrooms and 1250-1400 square feet in size. But, don’t let the size fool you, because they do not feel small, and have been designed to have the space where you most need it!

The main option that is worth getting is the extra storage above the garage. The town home collection with models like the Kenwood & Muirfield, are the only attached units and provide an open floor plan, 1200-1400 square foot under $200,000! Now let’s talk about living in Carolina Preserve in Cary, NC!
