Danbury at Regency Cary NC is one of seven neighborhoods that make up Regency. Being the least expensive section of Regency, and still providing a quality home, has made Danbury a very sought after community in Cary over the years! The neighborhoods that make up Regency are: Danbury, Cambridge, Wyndfall, Kensington,Barrington, Regency Park Estates and Renaissance at Regency.

The prices in Danbury range from $325,000 up to $425,000. The homes in Danbury were built by Robuck, who also did other successful communities like Wellsley in Cary, NC and Abbington in Apex! Robuck still builds quality homes today in communities throughout the Triangle such as Brighton Forest. The floor plans in Danbury are more on the traditional side, but still open.
